To: Orangeville Curling Club Members...

The Orangeville Curling Club, a non-profit organization will be hosting a major Provincial event on February 16, 17 and 18 2012. The Orangeville Curling Club members are thrilled to have the honour of hosting the Gore Mutual High School Boys and Girls Provincial Finals. There will be 16 teams participating, 64 teenage students, from all over the Province.

We need the support of the club members with Billets for the teams during this event. If you are interested in Billeting you will be required to have a Police Record Check completed. If you live in the Town of Orangeville simply go on line to www.TownofOrangeville.com which brings you to the home page, on your left hand side you will see a list of service links click, Orangeville Police Services which will bring you to Police Record checks. If you live in the Mono or Shelburne area you will need to go directly to the OPP station to obtain your record check. Present them with this letter indicating what you require the record check and the fee will be waived being.
